After only two minutes on earth, Michelle Rodriguez was fully accessorized with earrings, a necklace and a sassy bracelet. Today, Michelle shares her love of fashion with clients every day as the founder of Well Styled, a unique style-consultation firm based in Austin, TX.

After earning her B.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, Michelle dove headfirst into a corporate career. She spent eight years wearing suits, managing projects and putting out fires. Then, real life happened. Michelle left corporate America in 2006 to take on another full-time job: being Mom to her three sons, Austin, Ethan and Matthew.

Michelle learned quickly that a business suit isn't the best option on the playground or in the kitchen. Suddenly, heels were traded for sneakers and button-downs gave way to sports bras. But where was the style and panache Michelle craved? Did it have to go out with the briefcase?

That's when Michelle listened to her instincts: Time to be reborn as her new, sassy Mom-self. She hit the stores and created a new look that was both stylish and comfortable, practical and pretty. Her makeover was so successful that friends started requesting she help them revamp their own wardrobes, and Well Styled was born.

Since founding the company in 2006, Michelle has helped hundreds of busy women rediscover their signature styles and bring out their self-confidence. She approaches each new client with humility and respect for their lifestyle, interests and needs - after all, it takes a lot of courage to face your image and let a very new friend assess your closet.
